Management is available by phone Monday through Friday from 8AM to 6PM.  During non-business hours, please leave a voicemail or send an email or text message.  If there is an emergency, please call 911.

Security camera video recordings are not monitored 24/7 by a live person.  Viewing of any video recording is restricted to law enforcement, management, and the Board of Directors.

The following are available from Community Association Management:

Mailbox:  Any member with a residence and a mailing address assigned by the county is entitled to request a mailbox. The POA provides cluster mailboxes located outside the front entrance gate.  Mailboxes are leased to the homeowner for as long as they own the property for a one-time, non-refundable lease fee of $160.00. Two mailbox keys are provided.  The homeowner is responsible for returning mailbox keys to Association Management upon the sale of the property. 

Gate Remotes:  Remotes are available at a cost of $45.00 each.  Gate remotes include one set of batteries, and do not have to be reprogrammed when gate codes change.

Maps:  Composite plat maps of Yellowtop Mountain Estates, measuring 44" x 34", are available at a cost of $7.00 each.  The wall sized map is drawn to scale and show the development's lots, streets, and boundaries.

Windshield Decals:  Yellowtop Mountain static-cling windshield decals are issued, free of charge, for all vehicles owned by a POA member.  The numbered decal, along with vehicle information, readily identifies vehicles with authority to be inside the gates, and aids in the security of the community.  Our safety and security is best assured when everyone is involved and actively participates in the overall effort to make the community a secured and safe environment.  Decals should be placed on the inside lower corner of the drivers side of the front windshield.
